Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. The thyroid is hypoechogenic, only a small area in the ventromedial part of the lobe presents a less hypoechogenic pattern. Note that the borders between the hypoechogenic and minimally hypoechogenic parts are not sharp.
