Lymph nodes in the neck - Case 1410 (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Lateral to the left thyroid bed, transverse scan. Three hypoechogenic and one moderately hypoechogenic discrete lesions can be seen. The latter proved to be a lymph node. In such small nodes the lack of hilum should not be overrated.
