Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan. The basic echo structure of the thyroid is echonormal. There is a minimally hypothyroid lesion in the dorsal, a hypoechogenic one in the ventromedial while a hyperechogenic one in the ventrolateral part of the lobe.
