Follow-up investigation 11 months after the initial one (ultrasonographic picture 4)

Left lobe, longitudinal scan. The upper half of the lobe is intact while the lower half is difficult to judge because of technical reasons. Note that the hypoechoic band starts ventral to the thyroid.
