Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, another longitudinal scan. The discrete lesion has parts with different echogenicities. It is not evident whether the very hypoechoic parts correspond to cystic or deeply hypoechoic solid structures. The hyperechoic lines correspond to back wall cystic figures.
