Right lobe, longitudinal view. This pattern is misleading. Two discrete, nodule-like lesions can be seen. If we take into account the mutiplicity of discrete lesions, the irregular shape of them and last but not least, the patient' history, we can avoid a false diagnosis of nodular goiter.
