Follow-up investigation 3 years later (ultrasonographic picture 8)

Middle part of the left lobe, transverse scan, color Doppler mode. Note that acoustic enhancement is absent dorsal to the seemingly cystic areas. It means that these are indeed very hypoechoic solid areas.
