Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. There is a moderately hypoechoic nodule showing taller-than-wide sign. The value of the latter is limited in this case because the lobe itself also presents taller-than-wide sign. Nodules in nonparallel lobes frequently follow the shape of the lobe.
