Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, longitudinal view. The dorsal hypoechogenic area in the lower part of the lobe (right in the image) might cause differential diagnostic issue. However, the echo pattern of this area is very similar to the clearly non-nodular upper part of the lobe which stands against the possibility that this lesion would be a pathological nodule. The larger, ventral, more echogenic lesion might be a pathological nodule.
