Right lobe, transverse scan. We can only guess, where are the ventrolateral borders of the nodule because of the identical echogenicity of the strap muscle and the nodule. Nevertheless, the lesion presents more than 25% of tumor perimeter contact with the adjacent capsule, interpreted as the ratio of the distance between arrows to the distance between arrowheads.
