Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. The thyroid is minimally hypoechogenic and inhomogeneous. There is a more hypoechogenic area in the ventro-lateral part of the lobe. The discrete area is not sharply demarcated from the non-lesional part of the thyroid.
