Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. The thyroid is minimally hypoechogenic. Beside tiny hypoechogenic areas, there is a relatively large discrete lesion in the dorsal part of the lobe. The lesion has irregular shape and puzzle-like borders.
