Discrete lesion or nodule in Hashimoto's thyroiditis - case 17 (782) (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Right lobe, longitudinal view. There is a larger, hypoechogenic area in the upper part of the lobe and a smaller one in the lower pole. The discrete lesion in the middle-ventral part of the lobe has relatively sharp and regular borders.
