Lower part of the left lobe, transverse view. There is a hypoechogenic nodule in the ventro-medial part of the lobe. The dorsal borders of the nodule are blurred. On the other hand, by viewing the video it is doubtful whether this blur is pathological or only caused by the acoustic shadow of a macrocalcification. The latter is not seen in this image.
