Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Lower part of the left lobe, transverse scan. There is a moderately hypoechogenic nodule presenting halo sign. Note the bulging of the contour and the discontinuation of the capsule. (This nodule proved to be an oxyphyilic adenoma.)
