Upper-ventral part of the isthmus. There is another focus of papillary cancer in a hypoechogenic nodule with ill-defined borders. The mass is composed of at least two discrete lesions, therefore the lobulation of the mass cannot be held irregular. Be aware that lobulation always refers to a single nodule.
