Right lobe, another longitudinal scan. The three bright lines are either back wall figures or presentations of connective tissue. The complex hyperechoic figure in the middle of the nodule marked with yellow arrow is an ambiguous figures. The figure which is most suspicious being a microcalcification is marked with red.
