Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 1137 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. The lesion presents a puzzle-like border and contains hyerechogenic granules which may correspond to microcalcification. There is another relatively larger hypoechogenic lesion and several tiny, less hypoechogenic focuses.
