Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse scan - after aspirating 9 mL cystic fluid. This nodule that originally looked a peripheral-type cyst is indeed a central type lesion. The bright echogenic figures are located dorsal to cystic areas, therefore these are back wall figures.
