Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 1644 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Left lobe, transverse view. There are both hyperechogenic lines and granules in this solid nodule. These figures partly correspond to back wall figures, partly to proliferation of connective tissue. In the former case, they are located dorsal to tiny cystic areas while in the latter case, these cystic areas are absent.
