Right lobe, transverse scan. There is a mixed nodule with partly minimally, partly deeply hypoechogenic solid part. The hyperechogenic granule in the central part of the nodule is worth considering, this is very likely a comet-tail artifact. Note the posterior enhancement in the back wall of the cystic area.
