Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 284 (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Right lobe, transverse view, enlargement. One of the hyperechogenic figures is clearly a comet-tail artifact. Note hyperechogenic lines in the back wall of the cyst and even dorsal to the cyst within the parenchyma; these figures are caused by posterior acoustic enhancement.
