Intranodular hyperechogenic figures - case 662 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Right lobe, longitudinal view. There are comet-tail artifacts in the cystic part of the lesion, while the hyperechogenic figures in the back wall of the tiny ventral cystic area are caused by posterior back wall acoustic enhancement. There is a bright echogenic focus upper (left) to the cystic part. This is an equivocal figure.
