Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a hypoechogenic nodule having irregular lobulated margins. The extent of blur does not reach 25%. The nodule presents taller-than-wide shape. The nodule is in contact with the thyroid' capsule in the ventral part.
