Lower part of the right lobe, longitudinal scan. The lesion in the dorsal part has a less hypoechogenic but more inhomogeneous pattern. Note that the lesion has beside granules, hyperechogenic lines, as well. Therefore, these figures correspond not to microcalcifications but to proliferation of connective tissue. The dorsal contour of the tumor is abutting but at this part of the tumor the capsule is continuous. On the other hand, the capsule is invisible at the lower part of the tumor.
