Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Lower part of the left lobe, longitudinal scan. The hypoechoic nodule is between two other nodules. The solitary bright echogenic figure is a bit elongated and is located dorsal to a tiny cystic area. Therefore, this is likely a back wall figure.
