Lymph nodes - case 1217 (ultrasonographic picture 12)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left side of the neck, transverse scan. There were numerous pathological lymph nodes in this side of the neck, too. This node has a regular hilum. This would be a very unusual finding in a metastatic lymph node of such size.
