Lymph nodes in the neck - Case 674 (ultrasonographic picture 6)

Right submandibular area, transverse scan. There is a large lymph node with intact hilum. There is a more hypoechogenic area in the dorsal part of the node which might correspond to tumorous part of the lymph node.
