Present examination (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Upper part of the left thyroid bed, transverse scan. There is hypoechogenic lesion with blurred borders. The usual signs of extrathyroidal spread cannot be interpeted in the event of an operated thyroid. Nevertheless, the contour of the lesion is abutting, if we relate the nodule to the connective tissue running ventral to the tumor.
