Follow-up 3 years later (ultrasonographic picture 6)

Lower part of the left lobe, transverse scan. Discrete hypoechogenic lesions are frequent findings in Hashimoto's thyroiditis. We do not think that this small mass might correspond to an enlarged parathyroid.
