The issue of large goiters - case 834 (ultrasonographic picture 8b)

Lower part of the left lobe, longitudinal scan - during swallowing. The lower pole cannot be seen. The distance between the most ventral (yellow arrow) and most dorsal part (white arrow) of the lowest visible section of the lobe remained the same as before swallowing.
