Left lobe, longitudinal scan. It is worth comparing the presentation of the iso/hyperechoic area in the middle part with the iso/hyperechoic lesion in the lower pole of the lobe. The former is infiltrated by the underlying thyroiditis and therefore, this part is irregular. In contrast to, the nodule has a regular, geometrical shape.
