Lower part of the right lobe lobe, longitudinal view. The central cystic, moderately hypoechogenic area is remarkable because of the presence of hyperechogenic granules. Nevertheless, the latter are partly non-specific granulations because they are not as bright as microcalcifications partly back wall cystic figures.
