Right lobe, longitudinal view. There are two discrete lesions in the thyroid bed. Although the possibility of an evolving multinodular goiter cannot be excluded, this presentation may correspond to normal post operative finding. Obviously, these discrete lesions share no oncological importance. Considering the size of the resected lobe, it is highly unlikely that the lobe would be increase to such a size which would require a repeat surgery.
