Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, transverse scan. This lobe is also minimally hypoechogenic and contains two small hypoechogenic areas with hyperechogenic granules. These lesions are caused by surgical intervention. Note that in contrast with the former examination, the left lobe is now well-demarcated.
