Thyroid cancers - case 1094 (cytologic picture 4)

Pap-smear, 400x.   The only sign of atypia was the enlargement of thyrocytes. The cytological picture itself would be not diagnostic, but taken the ultrasound presentation into account, it was enough to give the common sonographic-cytologic diagnosis of a follicular tumor.
