Palpation: a firm nodule in the lower pole of the right thyroid.

Functional state: euthyroidism with TSH-level 1.99 mIU/L.

Ultrasonography. There was a hypoechogenic nodule in the lower pole of the right lobe. The margins of the nodule were irregular.
