Right lobe, horizontal view

Left lobe, transverse scan. A large hypoechogenic, inhomogeneous nodule with echonormal areas. The latter correspond to necrosis. The tumor spreads lateral. Small part of the tumor can be seen dorsal to the carotid artery.
