Thyroid cancers - case 890 (cytologic picture 5)

Pap-smear, 400x.   The nuclei of the lower cell group are light and several cells contain inclusion. On the other hand, these inclusions should not be regarded pathognomonic because they are not regularly round. These holes are very likely drying artifacts.
