Right lobe, longitudinal scan. The nodule has lobulated borders. This image proves that the tumor contains numerous hyperechogenic lines, too. Therefore, it is not evident that the hyperechogenic figures are indeed microcalcifications, they can be presentations of connective tissue, as well.
