Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Upper part of the left lobe, longitudinal view. The hypoechogenic area has irregular, partly blurred, partly sharp borders and is not of geometrical shape. Therefore, this lesion is unlikely a nodule in pathological sense but a more active focus of thyroiditis.
