Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. The thyroid is echonormal and presents several moderately hypoechogenic lesions. The largest of these areas is located in the isthmus. Beside these lesions which correspond to thyroiditis, there is a moderately hypoechogenic nodule.
