Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. The thyroid is echonormal and inhomogeneous. Beside irregularly shaped hypoechogenic areas, there is a discrete echonormal lesion in the lateral part of the lobe. This lesion has punctate echogenic foci.
