Discrete lesion or nodule in Hashimoto's thyroiditis - case 28 (1124) (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Upper part of the right lobe, longitudinal view. There is a relatively large echonormal lesion which presents hypoechogenic areas. This is probably a true nodule.
