Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Right lobe, transverse view. There is a moderately hypoechogenic nodule, which presents microcalcifications. The dorsal border of the lesion seems to be blurred, but it is caused not by pathology but the similar echogenicity of the lesion and the extranodular part. The nodule presents abutting and bulging contours.
