Type 1 vascular pattern. It means no vascularization on Doppler mode.
Type 3 vascular pattern which means intranodular blood flow.
The vascularization has no relevance in the diagnosis of anaplastic thyroid carcinoma but in most cases decreased blood flow can be observed.
