We examined the patient when her complaints initially localized to the left thyroid appeared in the right thyroid. It is worth to compare the two sides. The actually painful right lobe presents hypoechogenic lesions with blurred borders while the hypoechogenic areas in the left lobe are already relatively well demarcated. There is no significant difference in the vascularization.
