Clinical data

Clinical data: A 72-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a nodular goiter detected on PET CT scan. Ha has been operated on a squamous cell lung cancer for 17 months. The PET CT showed an intensive uptake only in the left thyroid lobe.

Palpation: A multinodular goiter without any nodules suspicious on palpation.

Laboratory evaluation: TSH 0.11 mIU/L, FT4 18.1 pM/L, FT3 6.99 pM/L.
