Left lobe, horizontal view. There is a homogeneous, moderately hypoechogenic lesion in the lateral part of the lobe. Taking the pattern of the entire thyroid into account this lesion might also correspond to a pseudonodule, nevertheless this lesion is more likely a true nodule than other discrete areas.
