Follicular adenoma - Case 35. (ultrasonographic picture 2)

Lower part of the right lobe, horizontal scan. Irregular hyperechogenic granules are demonstrated. Some of them has a dorsal narrowing tail, therefore at least part of these granules are clearly colloid crystals.
